❖ 关于商标转让/过户：
您将得到商标的所有权以及其他所有权益。
就美国商标过户而言，我们将向美国商标局提交相关表格和商标转让协议。商标局官员会审查这些过户资料，如未发现错误，将批准并完成此次过户；如发现错误，商标局会给予提交修改资料的机会，直至过户成功。
商标局将在官网页面记录该次过户并更新商标持有人信息 — 相关信息公开可查。
根据目前美国商标局的处理效率，过户将在1-2周内完成。

亚马逊卖家根据指导书提交备案申请。➜亚马逊将会生成一个CASE，审核并更新该备案申请的状态。➜在资料审核合格之后，亚马逊会发送邮件给商标联系人(一般为代理律师)的邮箱。邮件里包含一串用于验证商标使用授权的验证码。 ➜商标持有人联系代理律师得到验证码后提供给亚马逊备案申请人，申请人需填写验证码并回复该CASE。➜亚马逊在收到验证码之后会尽快通过备案申请(一般1-2天即可)。详细流程请参考亚马逊品牌备案指南。
